My stay at Faena Hotel exceeded all my expectations - the beautiful public rooms and great pool area made for a luxurious experience. The outstanding staff went above and beyond, providing impeccable service and recommendations for food and entertainment, including a fabulous Tango show. Though I didn't use the spa and gym, they looked inviting.The unique interior design, combining a former factory aesthetic with modern touches, created an intriguing atmosphere. The attentive concierge and doormen were always ready to assist, offering quick and helpful advice in flawless English. The hotel's ideal location near the municipal airport, Puerto Madero, and the Nature Reserve made it convenient for exploring the city.nothing could fault my experience, with the exceptional treatment received from the staff. It's rare to find such a level of excellence in hospitality, making my stay truly unforgettable. Faena Hotel is a must for anyone seeking a sophisticated and upscale retreat in Buenos Aires.
